Include the metal requested (for example, white, yellow or rose gold, or platinum), its purity, profile, finishing and any wedding-band matching considerations. Materials and design feasibility are reviewed per project.

CAD revisions, stone setting details, engraving and manufacturing steps are agreed with the retailer before production. Do not promise a customer a manufacturing date until the team confirms the design and required materials.

3. Approve the quoted work. Confirm the final design, materials, price and expected completion timeline before placing the trade order.
4. Track fulfilment. Production and dispatch arrangements follow the confirmed job; an enquiry alone does not create an order.

Do I need a retailer account to request a quote?

No. You can send the initial trade manufacturing enquiry without an account. Private product pricing, orders and portal access require retailer approval.

Can I use a diamond sourced separately?

Tell us whether you already have a centre stone or need help sourcing one. Setting compatibility, stone measurements and any supply arrangements must be confirmed before manufacture.

Is a CAD render the same as an approved production order?

No. CAD review is part of clarifying the design; the retailer must approve the final specifications and commercial terms before manufacturing begins.
